Introduction to Settings

Set up an NLP and needed variables and integrations in Settings of NLX's Dialog Studio

What's Settings?

Settings is where many of the one-time integrations are configured for setting up communication channels and the NLP (Natural Language Processing) engine required for deploying any bot in your workspace.

This area is also is where you may add or define parameter values, conversation context variables, and analytics tags for reference across the workspace.

Requirements

Your workspace must employ the following to function:

• integrate with at least one NLP engine

• one-time integration setup for select communication channel(s)

Optional

• add an LLM service

• set up an escalation channel

• add analytics tags

• view resource tags in use

• create context attributes or set up modalities for the workspace

• identify and store secrets and other data as parameter values for the workspace
