What's an intent flow?

An intent always involves a conversation workflow that completes a task for a user. The conversation flow is constructed of messaging and logic that a bot assistant follows to accomplish the intent task. Flows are designed in Dialog Studio's canvas builder, which allows you to visually map out the series of steps that guide the bot and user through the task.

An intent may have multiple flows created for the same task that correspond to a communication channel. A voice channel may require steps that differ from a text channel, for example. Otherwise, you may assign several communication channels to the same flow.
