Quickly set up Google Dialogflow CX NLP into your NLX workspace

Integrate Google Dialogflow CX

To integrate with the Dialogflow CX NLP engine, begin by selecting Settings from your workspace menu:

• Select the Integrations tab

• Click + Add integration

• Provide your integration a name

• Choose Dialogflow CX from the Type dropdown

From your Google Cloud (GCP) console, obtain your private key JSON file from your Google service account. Instructions here: https://cloud.google.com/iam/docs/service-account-overview

• In your GCP console, assign the following three roles > Click Save

  • Dialogflow API Admin

  • Dialogflow API Client

  • Dialogflow Conversation Manager

• Once you have obtained your private key JSON file, upload it to the Instructions section in NLX

• Select Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Google Dialogflow CX integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.
