Conveniently manage member access to Dialog Studio workspaces & their resources in Conversations by NLX

Introduction

Within a single Conversations by NLX (CxN) account, individual or multiple Dialog Studio workspaces may be created to develop and manage conversational AI assistants. Members are assigned per workspace, and, depending on their level of permissions, they're granted access to the resources within that workspace that support integrating, designing, testing, deploying, and analyzing your AI bots.

Add user

Account administrators are able to add or modify a user within a CxN account:

  • From your CxN dashboard, select Users from the navigation menu

  • Click New user

  • Enter user's first name, last name, and email

  • Click Create

To make a user an Account administrator, enable the Account admin toggle when entering their details.

Edit role & access

Account administrators are able to add or modify any user's role and workspace(s) access within a CxN account:

  • From your CxN dashboard, select Users from the navigation menu

  • Use the search bar to locate the user > Select from the list

  • Select Role tab of user > Add workspace and assign a role

  • Repeat if access to other workspaces is needed

  • Click Save

To make a user an Account administrator, select the Settings tab of the User and enable the Account admin toggle.

Delete user

Account administrators are able to delete a user, which removes them from all assigned Dialog Studio workspaces and the CxN account.

  • From your CxN dashboard, select Users from the navigation menu

  • Use the search bar to locate the user > Select from the list

  • Select Settings tab of user > Click Delete user

Log in

In order to access a Conversations by NLX (CxN) account or Dialog Studio workspace, you must be added by an Account administrator before using the following links:

  • conversations.nlx.ai for accessing the CxN dashboard. Useful if either an Account administrator or if assigned to multiple Dialog Studio workspaces within the same CxN account

  • dialogstudio.nlx.ai for directly logging into a Dialog Studio workspace. If assigned to multiple in the same CxN account, your last workspace will be remembered
