Quickly set up the Zendesk Sunshine integration into your NLX workspace

Integrate Zendesk Sunshine

To integrate the Zendesk Sunshine channel, begin by selecting Integrations from your workspace menu:

• Choose + Add integration > Select Zendesk Sunshine from the dropdown

• Provide a name for your Zendesk integration

Navigate to your Zendesk Admin Center to reference the following details:

• Enter using the provided fields in NLX:

  • API Domain

  • Conversations API App ID

  • Conversations API Key ID

  • Conversations API Secret key

• When done, click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Zendesk Sunshine integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.

Set up application using Zendesk Sunshine channel

To successfully use your Zendesk Sunshine integration with applications created in your workspace, be sure to complete the following:

• add Zendesk Sunshine as either a primary or secondary channel to any intent flows accessed by your application

• create the Zendesk Sunshine channel on your application's Channels tab. Be sure to select your workspace integration from the dropdown

• create a build & deploy
