Quickly set up the Zendesk integration into your NLX workspace

Integrate Zendesk

To integrate the Zendesk channel, begin by selecting Integrations from your workspace menu:

  • Choose + Add integration > Select Zendesk from the dropdown

  • Provide a name for your Zendesk integration

Navigate to your Zendesk Admin Center to reference the following details:

  • Enter using the provided fields in NLX:

    • API token

    • support Email address

    • Domain

    • Subdomain

  • When done, click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Zendesk integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.
