AWS End User Messaging SMS

Learn to set up an AWS End User Messaging SMS communication channel for your application in your NLX workspace

The AWS End User Messaging SMS channel requires a one-time integration in your workspace before a channel can be created.

Create AWS End User Messaging SMS channel

• Navigate to Channels tab of your application

• Expand AWS End User Messaging SMS option

• Select + Create channel

• Choose your AWS End User Messaging SMS workspace integration from the Integration dropdown

• Enter a number for each supported language for your application in the SMS settings by language field

• Click Create channel

Phone numbers must be entered without spaces or dashes and preceded by a + and the country code (e.g., [phone])
