Quickly set up the Alexa communication integration into your NLX workspace

Integrate Alexa

To integrate the Alexa channel, begin by selecting Integrations from your workspace menu:

• Choose + Add integration > Select Alexa from the dropdown

• Provide a name for your Alexa integration

• Click Link Account > Follow steps

Return to your NLX workspace when account linking is complete

• When ready, click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Alexa integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.

Set up application using Alexa channel

To successfully use your Alexa integration with applications created in your workspace, be sure to complete the following:

• add Alexa as either a primary or secondary channel to any intent flows accessed by your application

• create the Alexa channel on your application's Channels tab. Be sure to select your workspace integration from the dropdown and enter the Skill invocation name

• create a build & deploy
