Analytics provides visibility on the performance of any deployed applications in your workspace through various metrics you choose. Whether using provided templates or constructing your own, Analytics is where you set up one or more dashboards of various metrics to regularly view and monitor activity.
To access conversation history, click Analytics in your workspace menu:
Consider using Analytics tags to generate insightful data. 1) Use system tags or add custom tags under workspace Settings. 2) Apply Analytics tags to nodes in your intent flow.
Filter all metrics displayed in any dashboard using the available dashboard filters listed at the top of the Analytics page:
From/to: Enter calendar date and time to filter performance results within this window
Region: Filter by Global region or European Union
Check out Clusters to see semantic grouping of user utterances marked as "unknown" for assessing automation opportunities.
