Channels
Effortlessly set up a channel of communication into your NLX workspace
Channels are the modes through which users interface with your applications, from voice to text to multimodal. An application may be set up to communicate across one or more channels, providing a breadth of modalities and users experiences.
For many channel offerings in NLX, several must undergo a one-time integration in your workspace to make them functional. The Integrations section of the workspace menu is where these integrations are set up.
The following channels require a one-time integration in your workspace:
