Bots: Overview

Get access to shortcuts and common actions with your bot in NLX Dialog Studio

What's the Overview tab?

Overview is the default tab that provides quick navigation to frequently visited and otherwise essential features related to your bot.

Access

To access the bot's Overview, open Bots from your workspace menu and select a bot. Overview opens by default:

Quick actions

There are three available Quick actions:

• Review & build: Navigates to the bot's Deployment tab

• History: Navigates to History in the workspace with your bot's information pre-selected

• Unknown messages: Navigates to Training in the workspace with your bot's information pre-selected
