Channels
Effortlessly set up a channel of communication into your NLX workspace
Channels are the modes through which users communicate with your bots, from voice to text to multimodal. A bot may be set up to communicate across one or more channels, providing a breadth of modalities and users experiences.
For many channel offerings in NLX, several must undergo a one-time integration in your workspace to make them functional. The Integrations tab of the workspace's Settings is where these integrations are set up.
The following channels require a one-time integration in your workspace:
AlexaAmazon Chime SDKAmazon ConnectAWS End User Messaging SMSBandwidthGenesysTwilioZendeskZendesk SunshineOnce complete with your integration, navigate to your bot's Channels tab to create the channel for it.
