Quickly set up the AWS End User Messaging Social communication integration into your NLX Dialog Studio workspace

Integrate AWS End User Messaging Social

Dialog Studio works with AWS End User Messaging Social to link AI assistants for a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).

  • Navigate to workspace Settings > Select the Integrations tab

  • Choose + Add integration link > Select AWS End User Messaging Social from the Type dropdown

  • Click the link to deploy the CloudFormation template

You will be directed to AWS and asked to sign into your account.

  • Fill in all properties on the template

  • Within your AWS console, setup your WhatsApp account

    • Follow instructions here for setting up AWS as your WhatsApp service provider

    • Configure an Event destination for the WABA in AWS > The SNS topic created by the CloudFormation template you deployed should be used as the Event destination

  • Copy and paste these values into the appropriate fields within the AWS End User Messaging Social integration fields of your Dialog Studio workspace:

    • End User Messaging Role ARN

    • Region

    • SNS Role ARN

    • SNS Topic ARN

At any time, you may edit or delete your AWS End User Messaging Social integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.
