Quickly set up the Zendesk communication integration into your NLX Dialog Studio workspace
Integrate Zendesk
Navigate to workspace Settings > Select the Integrations tab
Choose + Add integration link > Select Zendesk from the Type dropdown
Provide a name for your Zendesk integration
Navigate to your Zendesk Admin Center to reference the following details:
Enter using the provided fields in Dialog Studio:
API token
support Email address
Domain
Subdomain
When done, click Create integration
At any time, you may edit or delete your Zendesk integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.
