Quickly set up the Zendesk communication integration into your NLX Dialog Studio workspace

Integrate Zendesk

• Navigate to workspace Settings > Select the Integrations tab

• Choose + Add integration link > Select Zendesk from the Type dropdown

• Provide a name for your Zendesk integration

Navigate to your Zendesk Admin Center to reference the following details:

• Enter using the provided fields in Dialog Studio:

  • API token

  • support Email address

  • Domain

  • Subdomain

• When done, click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Zendesk integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.

Set up bot using Zendesk channel

To successfully use your Zendesk integration with bots created in your workspace, be sure to complete the following:

• create the Zendesk channel on your bot's Channels tab. Be sure to select your workspace integration from the dropdown

• add Zendesk as either a primary or secondary channel to any intent flows accessed by your bot

• create a bot build & deploy
