Quickly set up the Zendesk communication integration into your NLX Dialog Studio workspace

Integrate Zendesk

Before bots can be deployed through the Zendesk channel in your workspace, a one-time integration in Dialog Studio is required:

  • Navigate to workspace Settings > select the Integrations tab

  • Choose + Add integration link > select Zendesk from the Type dropdown

  • Provide a name for your Zendesk integration

Navigate to your Zendesk Admin Center to reference the following details:

  • Enter using the provided fields in Dialog Studio:

    • API token

    • support Email address

    • Domain

    • Subdomain

  • When done, click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Zendesk integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.
