AWS End User Messaging Social

Learn to set up an AWS End User Messaging Social communication channel for your bot in your NLX workspace

The AWS End User Messaging Social channel requires a one-time integration in your workspace before a channel can be created.

Create AWS End User Messaging Social channel

Easily create an AWS End User Messaging Social channel for your bot under the Channels tab:

  • Expand AWS End User Messaging Social option

  • Select + Create channel

  • Choose your AWS End User Messaging Social workspace integration from the Integration dropdown

  • Provide your Business account ID from AWS (e.g., waba-xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

  • Enter a number for each supported language for your bot in the Settings by language field

  • Click Create channel

Phone numbers must be entered without spaces or dashes and preceded by a + and the country code (e.g., +15551234567)
