Quickly set up the Amazon Bedrock LLM into your NLX Dialog Studio workspace

Integrate Amazon Bedrock

To integrate with the Amazon Bedrock LLM service, begin by selecting Settings from your workspace menu:

• Select the Integrations tab

• Click + Add integration

• Provide a name for the integration

• Choose Amazon Bedrock from the Type dropdown

• Click the link to deploy the Cloudformation template

You will be directed to AWS and asked to sign into your account.

• Retrieve your IAM Role ARN and enter it into Dialog Studio

• When ready, click Create Integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Amazon Bedrock integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete links.

Using Amazon Bedrock

To successfully use your Amazon Bedrock integration with conversations created in your workspace, be sure to complete the following:

• create an intent flow

• add a Generative text node to the flow invoking use of Amazon Bedrock with a prompt > Trigger your prompt in the conversation with a Basic node (follow instructions under Side panel tab of Generative text node instructions)

• create a bot build & deploy
