Settings: Resource tags

Define custom tags in your workspace to better organize resources in NLX's Dialog Studio

What's the Resource tags tab?

Tagging in the workspace allows you to easily associate a keyword or term to any resource created for better searching and identification. You might differentiate resources using tags such as production versus development, or staff versus customer.

Resource tags list all custom tags that are in use in your workspace and displays where they are applied when expanding each.

Select Settings from your workspace menu and choose the Resource tags tab:

Color coding

For better visual distinction or identification, you can color tags from the Resource tags list:

Usage

To view what resources have a tag assigned from the Resource tags list, simply expand a tag:

You may also use the global workspace Search function to locate resources by a tag's keyword.

Tags that are removed and no longer assigned to any resource will disappear from the Resource tags list in your workspace Settings. To add them back, type a new tag and hit enter while on a relevant resource's Settings tab.
